Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email and password — provide your full name, a valid email address, and a password of at least 8 characters
• Google OAuth — authenticate through your Google account

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us at founder@in2peta.com if you suspect unauthorised access

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

3. Services Description

IN2PETA provides a cloud platform for:

• Serverless GPU inference — Run machine learning models via API without managing infrastructure
• Model hosting and versioning — Publish, version, and manage ML model deployments
• REST API and SDKs — Interact programmatically using Python SDK, TypeScript SDK, or direct API calls
• Dedicated GPU servers — Lease dedicated GPU hardware for sustained workloads

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit System

The Platform uses a prepaid credit system. New accounts receive 20 free credits ($2.00) upon registration. Credits do not expire.

4.2 Credit Consumption

• Serverless inference — Credits deducted per prediction run. Cost varies by model and is displayed in the model catalog
• Dedicated servers — Credits deducted per hour for the duration the server is active

4.3 No Negative Balances

5. Revenue Sharing (Model Owners)

5.1 Revenue Split

Revenue from usage of your model is split 50/50 between you (the model owner) and IN2PETA.

5.2 Payouts

• Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
• You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts
• Minimum payout thresholds and timelines are communicated during onboarding

5.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on earnings received through the revenue-sharing programme.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

1. 1Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
2. 2Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights
3. 3Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure
4. 4Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
5. 5Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining or any non-ML-inference workload
6. 6Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through model inputs or outputs
7. 7Circumvent rate limits, billing mechanisms, or abuse the free credit allocation
8. 8Resell or sublicense access to the Services without prior written consent
9. 9Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform IP

The Platform, including its design, code, branding (IN2PETA), APIs, SDKs, and documentation, is owned by IN2PETA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Your Content

• Model inputs and outputs — You retain all rights to data you submit and outputs you receive. We do not claim ownership of your prediction data
• Published models — You retain ownership of model code and weights you upload. By publishing, you grant IN2PETA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and serve predictions from your model

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

8. API Keys

• API keys authenticate your programmatic access to the Platform
• The full API key is displayed only once at creation — store it securely
• You may revoke API keys at any time through your dashboard
• Compromised API keys should be revoked immediately and replaced
• You are responsible for all usage incurred through your API keys

9. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific level of uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IN2PETA, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload or generate through the Platform.

12. Account Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account feature or by contacting founder@in2peta.com.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users, or we are required to do so by law.

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Services is revoked immediately
• Any remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable, except where required by law
• We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
• Before filing any formal claim, contact founder@in2peta.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IN2PETA
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
• Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent
